Local tours: cancel at least 24 hours prior
Local tours include local diving, snorkeling, Hol Chan trips, courses and similar local activities. To avoid cancellation fees, these reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour date.
Private and offshore tours: cancel at least 48 hours prior
Private tours and offshore tours, including Blue Hole, Turneffe and Witconcrete tours, must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour date.
Late cancellations are charged in full
Cancellations made after the required timeframe incur a 100% cancellation fee, equal to the full cost of the tour. This policy applies to all reasons, including illness.
Inclement weather
Belize Pro Dive Center will only cancel or reschedule tours without penalty in the case of inclement weather, as determined by the BPDC team for safety.
Package Policy
- Packages must be paid in full upon arrival to secure the discounted package rate and guarantee availability.
- Package rates are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Refunds are not available for cancellations, no-shows, missed dives, changes to travel plans, illness, injury, seasickness or any other personal circumstances.
- Package rates are not available from November 20th through January 4th.
Weather & Schedule Adjustments for Packages
- All trips are subject to weather and sea conditions. Final decisions regarding dive operations are made by the Captain and Belize Pro Dive Center management.
- If weather or sea conditions prevent completion of part of a package, charges will be adjusted to reflect the dives and tours completed.
- Any unused portion of a package resulting from weather-related cancellations by Belize Pro Dive Center will be credited or refunded accordingly.
